DynaCrete® PIM+

Waterproofing-

DynaCrete® PIM+ creates an aero-gel barrier within the cell structure of any cementitious material. This barrier creates a waterproof seal, preventing moisture from migrating through the concrete, whether groundwater, or rainwater. Treat interior or exterior walls and floors of subterranean projects. PIM+ will stop water from the positive or negative side- PERMENANTLY!

DustProofing / Abrasion Resistance-
DynaCrete® PIM+ has been proven to reduce wear due to abrasion by over 50%! This results in a significantly longer lifespan of warehouse floors, roadbeds, bridgedecks, etc. In warehouse applications, employee health, lifespan of sensitive electronics and machinery are extremely important issues. By reducing wear, traffic from people and machinery will produce less highly damaging silica dust from the concrete, keeping employees healthier, and increasing lifespan of costly equipment!

ASR (Alkali Silicate Reaction) Damage.

DynaCrete® PIM+ has been shown to prevent and even stop ASR and the damage it causes. By neutralizing the alkali within the concrete, and stopping water transmission, two of the major elements of ASR have been eliminated. In the event of highly damaged concrete from a previous ASR problem, PIM+ has been proven to stabilize the sub layer of concrete, allowing replacement of just the rebar cap, or wear surface.

Bridge Construction

DynaCrete® PIM+ has numerous applications in bridge construction. By eliminating the moisture transmission through the concrete, bridges over water will not wick water to the surface causing icing problems. Freeze / thaw damage, ASR, as well as salt attack are eliminated as well. DynaCrete® PIM+ has been proven to increase tensile and flexural strength allowing for a longer lasting structure, while reducing placement costs.

PreCast / PreStressed

DynaCrete® PIM+ has been proven to increase compressive, tensile, and flexural strength of concrete. For MANY applications, a less "hot" batch design-mix can be utilized, yet still achieve the required specs. This can reduce costs significantly, as well provide a superior product for your customer. PIM+ even has applications as an admixture in these fields.

Marine

Floats, docks, ramps, warehouses, etc, can all benefit from DynaCrete® PIM+. PIM+ is used to increase strength of floats and docks, without making them unnecessarily brittle, as happens with a typical high performance design mix. The waterproofing and strengths added with the PIM+ makes components, ramps, sidewalks, etc. last longer.

Agricultural

PIM+ has many applications for agricultural use. Dairies, fish farms, poultry farms, and other animal confinement facilities can benefit from PIM+. Concrete in these types of applications will realize significant lifespan increases by preventing damage from the lactic acid, iodine, and other caustics in that environment. Prevent disease in fish farms by treating raceways. Micro organisms carried in the water cannot be transferred through the concrete from one tank to another.

FloorCoverings / Painting

Floorcoverings and Painting for commercial buildings is big business. PIM+ can be a tremendous benefit to both contractors as well as owners / property managers. PIM+ can allow contractors to install flooring after only 14 days as opposed to the typical 30 days, greatly reducing expense by streamlining projects. Prevent failure of floorcoverings from water and contaminants trapped beneath them. Water, alkali, salts, calcium carbonates, and other contaminants are eliminated, instead of causing delaminations, rot, discoloring, etc. to your flooring. When painting, PIM+ will stabilize and waterproof all concrete. PIM+ makes the concrete surface more uniform, allowing it to take coatings more readily. By eliminating the moisture, and contaminants within the concrete, coatings have been proven to last up to 300% longer!

ShotCrete

DynaCrete® PIM+ has been proven to waterproof, and densify all concrete. As ShotCrete has so many applications in the water feature, pool, soil stabilization, and restoration fields, PIM+ is a "natural" due to it's ability to waterproof, acid proof, and strengthen concrete. PIM+ has also been proven to be a valuable admixture, aiding in pump flow and lifespan, set time, and concrete quality.

Flatwork

PIM+ used as a curing agent for flatwork can significantly reduce or even eliminate cracking, crazing, checking, and spalling. Prevent call-backs! By using PIM+ to replace the moisture in brand new concrete with aero-gel, hydration is slowed resulting in greatly reduced shrinkage. Less shrinkage= less cracking. PIM+ causes the concrete to cure more uniformly as it displaces the moisture at an even rate across the entire slab. This also greatly reduces costs by eliminating steps. "Cure", seal, and preserve, all in one step.

Landscaping

DynaCrete PIM+ used as an admixture for extruded concrete curbing will greatly increase it's strength, enabling the curbing to resist damage from vehicles, mowers and other maintenance equipment, skateboards, bicycles, etc. Treat topically as well to waterproof and eliminate damage caused by freeze / thaw cycles.

DynaCrete® PTS+

Stain Resistance

PTS+ from DynaCrete® produces a highly stain resistant surface on virtually any substrate. It is widely used and recommended as a treatment for concrete, stone, brick and paver driveways. Oil stains, tire marks, etc. are not allowed to penetrate, making them a much easier to remove.

Acid Resistance

DynaCrete® PTS+ is widely used in agricultural and manufacturing facilities to prevent damage to concrete surfaces caused by the use of highly caustic cleaning materials, as well as reduce cleaning expense by sealing porous surfaces. Odors, oils, and contaminants are not allowed to penetrate, making cleanup easier and less costly.

Architectural

PTS+ is used as a waterproofer and wear coat over many architectural coatings and applications such as acid stained concrete, stucco, stone, brick, and masonry. It leaves behind no gloss, so it can provide valuable protection in applications where no other sealer type can be used.

Safety

DynaCrete® PTS+ has been proven to not change the Coefficient of Friction. That is, simply, it does not make surfaces slick. This is VERY valuable in wet environments. In fact, safety is further improved due to surfaces simply drying more quickly, as water has not been allowed to saturate the surface. PTS+ also allows snow and ice to be removed more easily because the crystal has not been allowed to "bite" into the surface. This of course reduces maintenance costs, but more importantly, increases safety, reducing liability.

Graffiti Removal

A very hot topic for municipalities! PTS+ can greatly reduce costs of removal. You'll never stop it from happening, but you can make it easier to get rid of! DynaCrete® PTS+ seals the surface so "tightly" that paint, wax, gum, etc. can't get a grip. While these materials will still "dry" on the surface, the "bond" is greatly reduced allowing for easier removal. PTS+ works equally well on-

Concrete- bridges, underpasses, skateboard parks, public restrooms, picnic tables, etc.

Stone- sculpture, public art, monument signing, etc.

Brick- buildings, fountains, walkways, etc.

Agricultural

PTS+ from DynaCrete® can reduce costs and improve production for many algricultural applications. Prevent acids in milk, honey, urine, and cleaning chemicals from damaging concrete, grout, and tile in dairies, hog barns, apiaries, etc.. Prevent the spread of disease in poultry and swine operations. PTS+ does not allow moisture to penetrate porous surfaces, preventing breeding ground for micro organisms. Helps minimize odor in any confined animal area such as barns, pens, dog kennels, aviaries, etc.

Parks & Recreation-

DynaCrete® PTS+ has MANY uses to make your life easier! Reduce costs by promoting easier cleaning. Today, concrete and stone are used in the construction of picnic areas, public restrooms, fountains and water features, skateboard parks, playgrounds, etc. Use PTS+ to make general cleaning easier. PTS+ will reduce odor in restroom areas and picnic areas, prevent algae and mineral buildup in pools and fountains, ease removal of graffiti in skateboard parks and playgrounds.

Landscaping

Prevent costly replacement of curbing, pavers, sculpture, planters, etc. PTS+ makes an excellent waterproofer for porous surfaces such as terra cotta, clay, mortar, stone, and concrete. Reduce or eliminate damage caused by freeze / thaw cycles, airborn contaminants like salt and pollution, as well as improving stain resistance.

DynaWood

Construction-

DynaWood can be used to treat any type of natural wood. Treat joists and subfloors over crawl space construction to keep moisture from attacking the wood fibers, and inhibit mold growth. Treat lumber that contacts concrete (Make sure to PIM+ the concrete too) to prevent moisture transfer through the wood. Treat outdoor structures like decks, arbors, and gazebos with DynaWood and avoid the use of toxic chemicals in traditionally available treated lumber.

Landscaping

DynaWood is used extensively for the treatment of timbers used in garden beds, fences and outdoor structures. DynaWood can replace highly toxic chemicals used to treat subterranean lumber like chromium, arsenic, penta, and creosote.

Painting

Wood treated with DynaWood becomes a much more stable substrate to apply paint and other coatings. The wood becomes nearly petrified, preventing moisture and tannins from migrating through the wood, allowing paint to adhere more uniformly,. This has proven to allow coatings to last up to 300% longer.

Agricultural

DynaWood can dramatically extend the lifespan of wood components in the agricultural area. DynaWood will preserve stock trailer floors, beehives, fencing, and wood outbuildings.

Marine

While wood permanently submerged in water has been shown to last nearly forever, the wet-dry, wet-dry cycles of marine environments are extremely damaging. By treating pilings, decking, dock frames, gangplanks, etc. with DynaWood, life of these components are greatly increased. DynaWood is totally non-toxic, and ecologically friendly, making it a perfect choice for sensitive marine environments.

Every Day Use

Use PC for any and all cleaning requirements. Industrial strength allows for cleaning and maintaining animal confinement facilities, processing plants, mechanic's shop floors and driveways, sewage treatment plants, etc.

Construction

DynaCrete® PC is a valuable timesaver for large commercial projects. Remove oil stains, tire marks, adhesive stains, etc, from floors before final close in. Remove efflorescence from new brick construction in place of harsh acetic washes. Remove form oils and stains from exposed foundation walls.

Painting

Use DynaCrete® PC before coating floors, patios, walls, etc. PC will remove the contaminants that lead to failed coatings.
